Job-Built Quick Lock and Strong Back

The Ellis Quick Lock is a job built system using 3/4″ plywood and 2×4 lumber.

For simple forms, just two brackets are required — the Quick Lock bracket and Strong Back clamp, along with plywood and 2x4s from a local lumber yard. Additional accessories and brackets are available for more complex forms, and to make the concrete pour more convenient.

Ellis manufactures Quick Lock ties for any size concrete wall. Standard ties provide a 1″ break back, with 1-1/2″ and 2″ available. Almost any other type of special tie can be manufactured, including water seals, stainless steel ties and special end lengths.
