Form with plywood and 2x4's
The Ellis Construction Specialties Quick Lock system allows you
to create concrete forms using 3/4 inch plywood and 2x4 lumber
found at your local lumber yard. The Quick Lock system provides the
hardware necessary to create a hand set wood forming system.
Quick Lock and Strong Back
The Quick Lock Bracket is the key component. The bracket serves two purposes, securing your ties and holding the 2x4 walers that provide horizontal support. The Strongback Clamp secures the vertical 2”x4” lumber to the Quick Lock Bracket, and are placed approximately 6' apart.
Scaffold Bracket
Add scaffolding directly to your wood forms using the Ellis
Construction Specialties Scaffold Bracket. The scaffold
bracket easily attaches to the strongback.
